ALH is looking for experienced Pick Packers with strong voice picking experience to join busy warehouse teams across Auckland!

About the Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking Pick Packers who have previous experience using voice picking systems.

You will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using voice picking systems
• Follow voice-directed instructions and meet daily pick targets
• Check products for accuracy and quality
• Pack and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily KPIs
• Complete manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For ESSENTIAL:

• Previous voice picking experience
• Previous pick packing or warehouse experience
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team

ADVANTAGEOUS:

• RF scanning experience
• Experience working to warehouse KPIs/pick targets
• Experience in a high-volume distribution or 3PL environment
• WMS experience
