The opportunity

Denny's Restaurant in Highland Park, Auckland is seeking full-time & part-time kitchen helpers/cleaners. As a full-time or part-time role employee, you will play a vital part in delivering high quality meals to our patrons whilst ensuring that our restaurant is kept squeeky clean.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present a variety of meals to Denny's high standards

• Ensure the restaurant & kitchen is clean and organised

• Assist with food preparation and stocking of supplies as required

• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

• Support the team and contribute to a positive work environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably in a restaurant or café setting

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively

• Good time management and organisational skills

• Knowledge of food preparation, handling and presentation

• Good written and verbal command of the English language
