We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team at Armadillos Lyttelton.

If you love hospitality, enjoy being on the floor with your team, and take pride in delivering great service every shift, this could be the perfect role for you.

💼 What the role involves:

• Running day-to-day shifts across bar, restaurant, and gaming areas

• Looking after customers and ensuring a great overall experience

• Supporting, leading, and motivating the team on shift

• Cash handling and basic reporting

• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and liquor licence requirements

⭐ What we’re looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience (supervisory or management preferred)

• LCQ and current Duty Manager’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
