NIGHT FILL GROCERY ASSISTANT – FULL TIME

We are seeking reliable, motivated, enthusiastic people, who enjoy working in a busy large supermarket.

Reporting to the Grocery manager you will be responsible for ensuring the shelves are well stock with no air gaps, fully faced up and well presented for our customers and adhere to the Health and Safety policies of the store. Provide customers with the best possible customer service to aligned with our “SWEET AS’ strategy.

Requirement of the role:

• Good customer service and communication skills
• Getting stock from the storeroom as required
• Filling designated areas of the Grocery department
• A bit of heavy lifting up to 15kg
• Using ladders/pallet jacks/and trolleys.
• Ensure to rotate stock by following store guidelines.
• Always keep the department clean and tidy.
• Efficiency in completing tasks.
• Working in a team environment
• This role is physical work and requires some heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling pallets from the storeroom onto the retailer area for shelve filling.

The right candidate for this role should display the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and flexible with working hours
• Good team player and have good work ethics.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts 
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Enjoy working in a big team environment.
• Have reliable transportation.

Hours of work will be discussed at the interview stage.
