The Opportunity
You'll be part of an Application Support team working in a Systems Administrator role.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage Service Requests through their lifecycle whilst providing exceptional service to our external clients as well as internal staff.
This will involve planning, configuring, developing, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting both internal and external I.T. environments.
You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
The Job
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to build rapport and convey technical information in a logical manner to our clients.
You will be one of the first points of contact to our customers I.T teams, therefore communication skills need to be at a very high level.
Reporting to the Application Support Manager, you will support our clients who will be using our software and service solutions as well as developing and maintaining our internal R&D environments.
You will be responsible for maintaining an excellent customer service focus by managing customer expectations and resolving or troubleshooting reported system issues.
What You Will Bring
3 years+ of Application Support or System Engineering commercial experience.
Bachelors Degree in Information Science or Computers Science or Software Engineering.
You are a team player who is solution focused and place importance on delivering a high quality of customer service experience.
Your written and verbal communication skills will be critical to your success in this role.
You can think on your feet and love to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders at any given time.
