In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the office operates efficiently day to day. From keeping spaces tidy to supporting new starters, you’ll play a key role in creating a productive and welcoming workplace. About the Role:
This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day office operations and help maintain a well-organised, functional environment for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the general day-to-day running of the office
Manage office supplies, including groceries and refreshments
Ensure office spaces and meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and well-presented
Coordinate equipment allocation and set-up for new starters
Manage the collection and return of equipment from departing staff
Coordinate office maintenance, including organising repairs and liaising with service providers
Organise occasional catering and morning teas as required
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an office administration or coordination role is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-Suite) is desirable but not essential
Happy to roll up your sleeves and help with hands-on tasks, like setting up desks
