Sky Stadium Wellington is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join their team and help them achieve their vision of being New Zealand’s most loved venue!
About the Role:
As the Customer Experience Manager, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional experiences for all visitors, fans and stakeholders. You will be tasked with creating a seamless, engaging, and inclusive customer experience that ultimately delivers high attendee satisfaction and increased attendance. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration, increase stakeholder engagement and ensure seamless coordination and successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to establish a customer-centric culture across all levels of the organisation
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
- Oversee daily customer service operations, including developing and implementing customer service standards and best practices
- Manage the customer service of their membership, corporate box and hospitality programmes
- Oversee and enhance customer feedback processes, using insights to drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and facilities teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Manage the Salesforce CRM database and oversee ticketing event builds
- Contribute to strategic initiatives for future-proofing the stadium’s customer experience
Person Profile:
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Exceptional communication and relationship management capabilities
- Proactive problem-solver with flexibility and initiative
- Highly organised with great time management and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry, within a small team environment
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work the hours required by the events industry
