We’re seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service / 2IC to support our Auckland branch in a busy commercial parts environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example and delivers for customers and their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service

  • Act as 2IC and step in when the Manager is away

  • Mentor and support junior staff

  • Manage stock control, ordering, receipting, and rolling stock takes

  • Prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment

  • Participate in a rotating on-call roster

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial parts

  • Confident mentoring and leading others

  • Strong stock control and operational skills

  • Customer-focused and solutions-driven

  • Able to multitask and prioritise

  • Team-focused with a strong work ethic
