In this role you will self-managing whilst working within a team environment.  You will be the face of our office to all clients and provide administrative assistance across the team.  You will be based in our Thorndon Quay office working alongside Property Managers, Administrators and Company Directors. This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5:00 pm. 


To be successful in this role you will:

  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.

  • Competence with office management software.

  • Professional, innovative and confident, especially in a business environment.

  • Strong client and commercial focus.

  • Full, clean New Zealand driver’s license to be able to drive company vehicles.
