We are looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor that will have a focus as our Consumer Device Programme Coordinator, delivering outstanding sales support to end users and offering guidance to account managers and schools for their Device Programmes (BYOD) and our other consumer-focused sales initiatives, prioritising the well-being and satisfaction of our customers and team members.
The responsibility of our Consumer Device Programme Coordinator with Cyclone is a crucial part of our daily operations. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide effective assistance and ensure the smooth operation of the student device programme and end-user consumer sales, enhancing the customer experience and fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.
What you will do:
Programme Coordination:
Plan and execute the agreed end-user device programmes, including supply and service timelines and milestones, ensuring the protection and satisfaction of our customers.
Communicate with Account Managers, their schools, and other nominated organisations to understand their needs and foster strong partnerships.
Coordinate promotional activities and marketing efforts to drive programme participation, enhancing overall performance.
Work closely with the Internal Partner Manager and Vendor Specialists to understand and identify special price points and/or stock holdings, ensuring seamless operations.
Maintain relationships with supply partners (vendors or distributors), National Logistics Centre (NLC), and purchasing to ensure consistent supply lines and stock availability, supporting our commitment to People Protection and Partnership.
Sales Support:
Assist end-user customers with sales support inquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining high performance standards.
Communicate with customers with updated order information in a timely way, ensuring transparency and trust.
Handle any issues or complaints related to sales and escalate as necessary, ensuring customer protection and satisfaction.
eCommerce:
Update and maintain eCommerce Store with up-to-date product information and options, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with our eCommerce Manager around eCommerce Processes, fostering a culture of partnership and continuous improvement.
Hold a 'Customer First' mentality to ensure a seamless eCommerce User Experience, reflecting our commitment to People and Performance.
Maintain and update shipping information within eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Take initiative around improving all eCommerce platforms in conjunction with the eCommerce Manager/Administrator, enhancing overall performance.

What you will bring
Have had recent successful experience at customer service and or sales.
You will have a genuine interest and the ability to understand basic desktop hardware specifications and IT peripherals information.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency when working with spreadsheets, email, web, and other communication media.
Exceptional planning, organising, and prioritising skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Be approachable, widely respected and have excellent relationship building skills.
Problem solving skills and instinct to take ownership when dealing with issues.
