At LumberBank, we're passionate about great products, great service, and great people. We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to become an important part of our team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, support our Account Managers to keep things running smoothly, and help ensure our customers receive the outstanding service LumberBank is known for.

What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Processing orders, quotes, and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently.
Supporting a small sales team with administration, follow-ups, and sales coordination.
Preparing and processing invoices.
Managing customer information, communications and maintaining CRM records.
Creating and managing Trade Me listings for clearance, and downgraded stock.
Working closely with our warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution.
Helping maintain strong relationships with merchants, frame and truss manufacturers, joiners and other industry partners.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or internal sales.
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers.
Experience with invoicing and sales administration.
A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who enjoys working with people.
Highly desirable
Experience working with timber, building products, or construction-related industries.
An understanding of the merchant, building, or frame and truss sectors.
Knowledge of timber products and their applications.
Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
Familiarity with Trade Me listings and online sales platforms.
