You’re organised, proactive, and confident with numbers. You enjoy balancing structure with problem-solving and know how to keep on top of competing tasks. Ideally, you’ll bring:
The Role:
This isn’t your standard admin job. You’ll play a key part in a tight-knit team, working across credit control, reconciliations, administration, and customer support. Every day will bring variety, challenge, and the chance to grow.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing agreements, direct debit changes, and policy updates
- Handling customer queries (cancellations, refunds, terminations)
- Managing arrears follow-up and dishonours
- Completing daily reconciliations and receipting payments
- Supporting stakeholders with accurate, timely information
You’re organised, proactive, and confident with numbers. You enjoy balancing structure with problem-solving and know how to keep on top of competing tasks. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in financial services, credit, or admin
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- A clear, customer-first communication style
- The ability to self-manage and follow through
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Not essential - but if you enjoy process improvement overtime this could be incorporated into your role.
- Salary $60k–$72k (depending on experience)
