We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to strengthen and scale our go-to-market execution.

This is a hybrid role spanning GTM systems, automation, messaging, and enablement. You’ll own the tooling behind our outbound and partner motions while shaping how MATTR communicates its value across priority sectors.

This role suits someone who likes building systems, simplifying complex products and working closely with Sales, Partnerships and Product in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing

GTM Systems & Automation

  • Design and optimise ICP targeting and enrichment workflows

  • Build scalable pipelines, automation, and reporting frameworks

  • Integrate tools such as Clay, HubSpot, and LinkedIn into a cohesive GTM engine

  • Own GTM data quality across priority markets

Product marketing & enablement

  • Own messaging and positioning across priority sectors

  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling vertical use cases

  • Develop practical enablement assets including battlecards, one-pagers, demo storyboards. 

  • Develop partner co-sell and MATTR embedded materials

  • Maintain e a central GTM asset library

Campaign & execution support

  • Develop whitepapers, landing pages, and sector campaign packs

  • Support webinars, roundtables, and field events

  • Align messaging with regulatory shifts and market developments

Cross-functional GTM Execution

  • Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and forward-deployed PMs

  • Support GTM sprints with targeting, messaging and enablement assets

  • Align systems, positioning, and execution across teams

  • Help evolve MATTR’s GTM motions as we scale

What you bring

  • Experience across Product Marketing, GTM Operations, RevOps, or Solutions roles in B2B SaaS environments

  • Hands-on experience building and managing workflows in HubSpot and other GTM automation tools

  • Confidence working with data including segmentation, enrichment, reporting, and pipeline visibility

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise messaging

  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple, sector-specific value propositions

  • Experience creating practical enablement assets that Sales and Partners actually use

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams

  • Ability to operate independently, prioritise effectively and deliver without heavy structure

  • A practical, execution-focused mindset where you build, test, refine, and improve
