We have a role available for a fulltime Receptionist/Administration Assistant at our Manukau office.

The Role

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Reception - answer phone calls, meet and greet clients, book meeting rooms

  • Filing, entering and scanning of deed documents and files

  • Data entry of AML information

  • Assisting with stationary, kitchen supplies and arranging catering

  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, being part of a team, excellent communication skills, fast accurate data entry skills and a positive attitude form part of this role.

This role will suit a candidate with a minimum of two years' work experience. Training will be provided.
