We’re on the hunt for a motivated STMS / Driver / Labourer who can lead from the front, keep sites running smoothly, and deliver top-quality traffic management across the North Island.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support crews on-site

• Set up and manage TTM

• Keep sites safe, compliant, and running efficiently

• Plan the day, solve problems, and keep things moving

• Pitch in with driving and hands-on labouring

What You Bring

• Proven STMS-level competency

• Solid knowledge of traffic management

• Class 1 licence (Class 2 preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork

• A “get it done” attitude
