What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide level 3 BAU support and help deliver modern workplace and cloud projects for our Key clients.

• Build strong, trusted advisor relationships through exceptional service.

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues with precision.

• Involved in Roadmaps and working with account managers & service delivery managers.

• Collaborate with consultants and delivery teams to bring projects to life.

• Stay ahead of the curve with predominantly Microsoft Cloud technologies.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in Senior Systems Engineering and 5+ years in delivering cloud/modern workplace technology projects (Windows Server, Azure, M365, Modern workplace)

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft, VMware/Hyper V, RDS/AVD, Server Intune and Entra

• Strong leadership, communication, project experience, and customer service skills.

• A current NZ driver’s licence and a reliable, work-ready vehicle.

• Bonus: Relevant Microsoft certifications and a hunger to keep learning along with MSP Experience
