Unichem Greenlane Pharmacy is a small, well regarded and established community pharmacy with a friendly and supportive team. Dispensary focussed, we are committed to providing a very high standard of professional care to our customers and community. We work very closely with the local GPs and currently offer a full range of community pharmacy services except for vaccination (which we plan to implement soon).

We are seeking to employ a full-time pharmacist from early 2025 and will provide full support from the owner and current team. Therefore this role would suit either an experienced or newly qualifing pharmacist.

Qualifications & experience

• Qualified Pharmacist with current APC or soon-to-register Pre-registration pharmacist
• Action oriented, pro-active, takes ownership
• Strong work ethic, patient centred approach
• Competent to manage day to day running of the pharmacy with support
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Contribute to the full range of dispensary services, including accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions
• Pharmacist Only services such as UTI treatment, Selected Oral Contraceptives, ECP, Sildenafil and Smoking Cessation (once accredited)
• Provide Pharmacy Care and Advice to retail customers
• Work closely with supportive local doctors
• Opportunity for involvement in management and service development
